No-bake energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup oats
  • ยฝ cup dried fruit
  • 2 tbls dried carrots
  • 2 tbls chopped nuts(your choice but I used flaked almonds)
  • Coconut flakes

Method

  1. Blend the dates until fine, mix with water if too thick and do the same with the dried fruit.
  2. Add the oats, carrots, chopped nuts
  3. Add water to help with the blending.
  4. Once smooth, roll into little balls.
  5. Cover in coconut flakes.
