I’ve always found peace in the garden. There’s something special about growing your own food – watching something small turn into something nourishing, something meaningful. Gardening isn’t just a hobby for me, it’s part of who I am.
During COVID, like many people, life slowed down and shifted. That’s when Inner Peas was born.
What started as a way to make use of the excess vegetables and herbs I was growing quickly turned into something bigger. I began drying my produce, turning it into powders – not just to reduce waste, but to make healthy, homegrown goodness more accessible and long-lasting.
I didn’t just start Inner Peas just to sell a product. I started it to share a way of living. One that values simplicity, sustainability and making the most of what we have. It’s about turning everyday ingredients into something versatile, nutritious and convenient.
My goal with Inner Peas is to inspire others to reconnect with their food, whether that’s through growing, preserving or simply choosing better ingredients. I want to show that even from a small garden you can create something powerful for your health, your home and even your income.
